Be inspired by the world’s youngest astronaut, Alyssa Carson, who plans to be on Mars by 2030. Learn from her how she managed burnout and stress. How passion brings her optimism. And her advice on where to begin with one’s wildest dream.

Inspiring talk from the world’s youngest astronaut, Alyssa Carson in her interview with Thrive Global. Believe it or not, she did have burnout when she was in college! And her ways to manage stress is breathing!

I also loved it when she said her favorite quote was from Neil DeGrasse Tyson: “We are one with the universe”. The oldest wisdom pronounced by the youngest human to be on Mars. Is that not inspiring enough?

Her advice to someone who wants to chase his or her biggest, wildest dream? “Talk about your dreams to everyone. Because you never know where an opportunity might be”.

And yes, nothing can be more true!

If you also have a dream, let yourself surrender to the beautiful purpose. Whatever it represents for you.
